Automatic Door Maintenance Contracts
Planned maintenance for automatic sliding, swing and revolving doors. Single sites and national portfolios, all makes covered.
Reactive repair is the most expensive way to run an automatic door. A maintenance contract puts your entrances on a scheduled programme, catches wear before it becomes failure, and turns an unpredictable line in your budget into a fixed annual figure you can plan around.

Not sure which fits? We'll survey your doors and recommend a plan based on how hard they work - not how much we'd like to sell.
Maintenance Across Multiple Sites
If you're responsible for automatic doors across a portfolio, the administration is often harder than the engineering.
We bring every door onto one agreement - a single point of contact, one schedule, consistent documentation across every site, and one invoice rather than a stream of individual callout charges from different suppliers.
You get a complete picture of the door assets you're responsible for: where they are, what condition they're in, what's been done and what's coming up.
We work with retail groups, healthcare providers, education estates, property managers and facilities management companies.
What a Maintenance Contract Includes
Scheduled Service Visits
Planned into the calendar in advance, so you're not chasing appointments or remembering to book.
Full Safety Testing
Sensors, closing forces, safety edges and emergency functions tested at every visit, in line with BS EN 16005.
Priority Callout
Contract clients go to the front of the queue when something does go wrong.
Discounted Repair Rates
Reduced labour and parts pricing on any work falling outside the scheduled visits.
Fault History
We keep a record of every door on contract, so recurring problems get identified and designed out rather than repeatedly patched.
Preventative Replacement
Rollers, belts, brushes and wear components replaced as they approach the end of their life, not after they fail.
Written Documentation
A record of every visit for your compliance file, showing what was tested, adjusted and replaced.

What an Unplanned Door Failure Actually Costs
The invoice for the repair is rarely the largest cost.
Emergency callouts cost more. Attending at short notice, outside normal hours or as a priority always carries a premium over a scheduled visit booked weeks ahead.
Downtime costs more again. A failed main entrance can mean a shop floor that can't trade, a reception that has to be staffed manually, or a delivery bay that stops moving.
Damage escalates. A worn roller left running wrecks the track. A slipping belt burns out the motor. What starts as a small part becomes a major repair, and eventually a replacement door.
Security and safety exposure. A door stuck open overnight is an insurance problem. A door with a failed safety sensor is a people problem.
Planned maintenance addresses all four. Faults are found while they're still adjustments, not failures.
